Description
Air Fryer Chicken Wings are crispy, golden, and packed with garlic and lemon pepper flavor. With no marinating required, these wings are fast, easy, and perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or game day snack.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings, split into flats and drummettes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)*
1 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
2. Coat wings with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic salt and lemon pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip and air fry another 8 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Notes
For extra salty skin, increase garlic salt to 1 ½ tsp.
Substitute garlic salt with ¾ tsp salt and ¼ tsp garlic powder if preferred.
If doubling recipe, cook in batches unless using a large air fryer. For larger batches, cook 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
