Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cottage cheese

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk (any kind)

Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and milk to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container.

4. Freeze at least 4 hours.

5. Let soften slightly before scooping and serving.

Notes

For strawberry cheesecake flavor, add 1/2 cup strawberries before blending.

For chocolate flavor, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder.

If mixture freezes too hard, blend again before serving.

Kids enjoy it with sprinkles or fresh fruit toppings.
