Ingredients

For the Beef Patties:

300 g ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Cheese Mixture:

3 oz shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 tablespoons crumbled bacon

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

For Assembling & Finishing:

2 burger buns

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 onion, chopped


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form into 2 patties.

2. In another bowl, mix cheddar, mayonnaise, bacon, and ranch seasoning for the cheesy topping.

3. Heat skillet over medium-high. Cook patties 8–10 minutes, flipping occasionally. In last 2 minutes, top with cheese mixture, cover skillet, and melt cheese.

4. In same skillet, cook chopped onions over medium heat 5–6 minutes until caramelized.

5. Brush buns with melted butter and toast butter-side down until golden.

6. Assemble burgers: bottom bun, caramelized onions, cheesy patty, and top bun. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra indulgence, add jalapeños or barbecue sauce to the cheese mixture.

Toast buns in the skillet for maximum flavor.

Use brioche buns for a gourmet touch.
