Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 500 ml of water in a saucepan. If you are adding ginger, add it this time. This boiling step is essential to extract the full flavor and color from the Butterfly Pea Flowers.
  2. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove the saucepan from heat. Add in 2 tablespoons of dried Butterfly Pea Flowers. Let them steep for about 10 minutes to ensure a vibrant color and infused flavor.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers if you prefer a clear drink. Or, if you like a more rustic presentation, feel free to leave the flowers in the beverage.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon honey, juice of 1 lemon, and 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Watch as the brilliant blue transforms into a vivid purple shade—truly a sight to behold!
