500 ml (2 cups) water
2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon

- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers if you prefer a clear drink. You may also leave them in.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Watch as the color changes from deep blue to purple.
- Serve hot immediately, or let it cool slightly and pour over ice for a chilled version.
Notes
This recipe makes 2 servings. You can adjust the honey based on taste—1/2 teaspoon per cup works great for a milder sweetness.
