A simple pink salt recipe for weight loss made with lemon, apple cider vinegar, warm water, and Himalayan salt to support digestion and hydration.
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Warm the water slightly but do not boil.
2. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
3. Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until dissolved.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use filtered water for best absorption.
Reduce vinegar to 1/2 tablespoon if sensitive to acidity.
Drink 15–30 minutes before breakfast.
