Description
A mineral-rich morning drink designed to support hydration, digestion, and metabolism naturally with Himalayan pink salt.
Ingredients
1 glass warm filtered water
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Instructions
1. Pour warm water into a glass.
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Mix in the apple cider vinegar.
4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir.
5. Drink on an empty stomach before breakfast.
Notes
Do not exceed 1/4 tsp of pink salt per serving.
Use organic lemon and unfiltered apple cider vinegar for best results.
