Description

Sausage and Egg Breakfast Rolls are a quick, hearty morning meal made with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and savory sausage wrapped in buttery crescent dough. Ready in just 20 minutes, they’re perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunch.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tablespoon butter

4 large eggs, whisked

1 (8 ounce) package crescent dough

4 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half

8 cooked breakfast sausage links

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.

2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. Unroll crescent dough and place on baking sheet.

4. Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on the wide end of each dough triangle.

5. Divide scrambled eggs evenly over cheese slices.

6. Top each with one sausage link.

7. Roll up dough triangles, placing seam side down.

8. Bake 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Best served warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

Try swapping cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor twist.

Make ahead: assemble rolls, refrigerate overnight, and bake fresh in the morning.
