Description
A simple 4-ingredient detox drink made with pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Designed to support digestion and hydration in the morning.
Ingredients
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
1 cup warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Warm the water until it is comfortably hot, but not boiling.
2. Dissolve the pink salt in the water.
3. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
4. Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use fine-grain Himalayan pink salt only.
Best consumed 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
Can be prepared the night before and stored in a sealed container.
